1) Energize yourself by sitting up and deep breathing. 4-6 seconds in, 4 second hold & 4-6 second release. 20 minutes
2) Make a list of your top priorities for the day. Impacts your short & long term goals. 20 minutes.
3) Visualize accomplishing each goal and feel the feelings of the goal completed. 20 minutes.
